How to Submit a Claim
There are a few ways you may report a claim
- You may call our call our office at 905-507-7488
- Complete a claim fax cover sheet and fax it to 905-507-2882.
- Email claims details to requests@gfh-underwriting.com.
What do you need to provide?
Please include the following information:
- Insured Full Legal Name
- Insured Contact Name and Number
- Policy Number
- Brokerage Contact Name and Number
- Description of claim including injury and/or property damage
- Any supporting document
